The Savannah Airport Commission recommends approval of a contract with Griffin Contracting, Inc., for the Hotel Site Development – Stephen S. Green Drive, in the amount of $853,641.00.

This project includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, site grading, 12-inch water main extension, 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer line, 4-inch sanitary sewer force main, and installation of a sanitary sewer pump station, and street paving. 

The following bids were received:

L.B. (D) Griffin Contracting, Inc., Pooler, GA: $853,641.00

(D) Dustcom Limited, Inc., Garden City, GA: $916,196.25

(B) Baker Constructors, Inc., Savannah, GA: $1,171,122.20

Approval
