Chesterfield, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for 301, 307 & 311 International Traded Parkway, three warehouses located in the Savannah River International Trade Park off Hwy 21. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 41.3 equivalent residential unit development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
