| Description The Commission executed the professional services Agreement with Hurt Norton & Associates in May of 2016 for national lobbying, consulting, coordination, watchdog, and facilitation services for an annual fee of $84,000. The proposed amendment will change the duration of the agreement from annual automatic renewals to a duration of three (3) years, with two (2) additional, (1) year renewal options.
