Motion to Renew Annual Agreement for Electronic Ticketing with Etix (Event No. 5314)

Recommend approval to renew an agreement with E-Tix for the Savannah Civic Center.  This is a cost neutral agreement to the City.

E-Tix provides third-party services for the Civic Center's ticketing answering service by phone, internet, and mail.  E-Tix also handles any customer service calls regarding ticket costs and seating locations outside of the Civic Center's normal business hours.  This system has been in place since May 2005.

This is a sole source because the Civic Center has in place equipment that is only available from and can be used by E-Tix.  There is no additional cost to the Civic Center to continue using E-Tix as customers pay all service fees in the price of their tickets.  All hardware has been provided by E-Tix and does not require the purchase of new equipment used for ticket sales.
