| Description Notification of emergency procurement of HVAC air handlers and chillers from Edge Air Conditioning in the amount of $39,229.61. During recent graduation ceremonies at the Civic Center, City staff discovered that only two of the eight air handlers were functioning properly. Emergency repairs to the units had to be made to restore safe CO2 levels and comfort levels in the arena. This vendor was selected because it was the first available to immediately respond. | |
