Description

This is for contract modification no. 1 for a hydropneumatic tank replacement with Pinholster Construction LLC, dba PINCO in the amount of $30,496. The modification is due to the escalation of steel pressure tank material and fabrication costs, the addition of a tank drain line, and the replacement of two (2) 12” tank isolation valves. An additional 225 calendar days is also being requested due to the pressure tank fabrication lead time and the need to order and install the 12” valves at the end of the project. 

 

This contract was originally approved by Council on April 28, 2022, in the amount of $283,250.  This modification is in the amount of $30,496. The total amount of this contract to date including this amendment is $313,746.
