PSM Hospitality, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Home2Suites, a five story hotel with underground parking beneath the building at 46 Lee Boulevard.  The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 32.49 equivalent residential unit development.  The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
