Preserve at Chatham Parkway Redevelopment, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for The Preserve at Chatham Parkway, five multi-family apartment buildings with parking and site improvements off Chatham Parkway. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 96 (water) and 94 (sewer) equivalent residential unit development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format
