Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for the Lawson software system with Infor Global Solutions in the amount of $332,999.99. The Department of Information Technology will use these services to support the Lawson software system that is used by many City departments, including Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, Payroll, and the Office of Management and Budget. This annual maintenance covers all modules included in the Lawson system. 

This is a sole source because this software maintenance is only available from the original developer of the system. It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original developer to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when it is necessary. 

This annual maintenance agreement will be from August 25, 2018 through August 24, 2019.
