| Description Recommend approval to procure network equipment and installation services from Layer 3 Communications in the amount of $31,175.75. The Department of Information Technology will have this equipment installed to support operations at the new Cultural Arts Center located at 201 Montgomery Street. This is a sole source because Layer 3 currently holds the contract for the City’s network managed services and maintenance on network equipment. Purchasing additional equipment from Layer 3 will ensure that the City’s network equipment will be managed uniformly and with continuity. This current contract also includes discounted purchase, installation, and maintenance on network equipment. | |
