Description

This contract is for the repair of a bucket truck with Roberts Truck Center in the amount of $25,055.37. The Fleet Services Department is requesting to repair unit no. 1211, a 2011 International bucket truck belonging to the Park & Tree Department Urban Forestry Division. This is a sole source procurement due to the vendor being the only certified facility in the area that can repair international trucks. The unit is scheduled for replacement, but the new vehicle will not be delivered until 2024. Therefore, it is necessary to have this repair done to avoid hindering the Park & Tree Department Urban Forestry Divisions' operations. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
