This request is to rescind the award for three dump trucks from Roberts International Trucks, Inc. and re-award to Freightliner of Savannah in the amount of $497,817 for three (3) 2024 model year Freightliner dump trucks. Fleet received a request from Roberts International Trucks, Inc. to cancel award event No. 8846 because they would not be able to honor their original bid because the dump trucks are no longer available. The three (3) dump trucks will be utilized by Street Cleaning, Street Maintenance, and Stormwater Management. The new dump trucks will be replacing units 2701, 0202, and 8248 which have reached the end of their useful life and are no longer economical to maintain. The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
