This contract is to procure one (1) Stump Grinder (Bandit 2550SP) for the Park & Tree Department in the amount of $55,372.40 from Bandit Industries in c/o Bobcat of Savannah. The Park & Tree Department will utilize the stump grinder for hazardous tree removal service. The new stump grinder will replace unit 4236, which is 18 years old and is no longer economical to maintain.

The contract used for this procurement is a Sourcewell contract #050119-BAN for Recycling & Repurposing Equipment. Per section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. It was competitively bid by Sourcewell and expires on 07/15/2023. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
