This is for a Contract for the Certified Nursing Assistant Program with King Training Center, LLC in an amount not to exceed $55,548. The Certified Nursing Assistant job training program will serve 40 income-eligible scholarship recipients. The seven-week program prepares program participants to earn a certificate of completion and eligibility to sit for the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program Examination. Successful participants will complete 85 hours of classroom instruction and 24 hours of clinical experience making them more competitive for employment in the healthcare industry.

The Emerge Job Training Program is hosted by the Human Services Administration Division and provides scholarships for high-demand and high-wage entry-level employment opportunities for income-eligible residents of the city of Savannah.

Scholarships are available to applicants who meet the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development income guidelines and help to defray the cost of tuition, equipment, and supplies associated with the following job certification program.

This proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed.  This contract has four (4) renewal options.  Delivery: As Needed.  Terms: Net 30 days.  The bidders were:
