Recommend adoption of a resolution to accept a $5,000 donation from Synovus Mortgage Corporation for deposit into the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) to address local workforce and affordable housing needs.  None of the investments made into the SAHF by Synovus Mortgage Corporation and other investors are used for administrative costs.  The City's Housing & Neighborhood Services Department and the non-profit, Community Housing Services Agency, Inc. (CHSA), oversee and administer the SAHF.
