Recommend approval of a resolution to accept a $30,000 donation from Memorial Health University Medical Center (Memorial Health) for deposit into the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF). This donation will continue a three-year $90,000 partnership with the City and Community Housing Services Agency, Inc. (CHSA) that supports workforce and affordable housing initiatives for modest wage Memorial Health employees becoming first-time Savannah homeowners. None of the investments made into the SAHF by Memorial Health and other investors are used for administrative costs. The City of Savannah Housing and Neighborhood Services Department and CHSA, a non-profit housing corporation, oversee and administer the SAHF.
