Recommend approval of a resolution to accept a $3,000 donation from Community Housing Services Agency, Inc. (CHSA), via South State Bank, for deposit into the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) to address local workforce and affordable housing needs.  This is the fifth donation that South State Bank has invested into the SAHF, totaling $24,000.

None of the investments made into the SAHF are used for administrative costs.  The City of Savannah Housing and Neighborhood Services Department and CHSA, a non-profit housing corporation, oversee and administer the SAHF.
