Description

This contract is for the procurement of Rubicon Smart City Software from Rubicon Global LLC in an amount not to exceed $256,019 in year one. The contract will be paid over the length of the agreement as follows; year one in the amount of $256,019, year two and three in the amount of $249,869. The software is utilized by the Sanitation Department to optimize and manage daily routes. This allows for monitoring of operational metrics which allows for efficient and consistent services.

This software is being procured through a cooperative purchasing agreement with HGAC Buy Cooperative (contract number FL03-21). Cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10 Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance. The contract was competitively bid and awarded by HGAC Buy Cooperative and awarded to Rubicon Global, LLC. The contract expires on February 28, 2024. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
