| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for grounds maintenance for various locations and mulching from Family Lawn Care, Inc. in the estimated amount of $25,360.00. These services will be used by the Greenscapes Division to provide ground maintenance and mulching services for Hutchinson Island, several parks, and other various locations. This contract will provide professional, resort quality level grounds maintenance services for Wayne Shackleford Boulevard, Bryan Square, Tomochichi Square, Mary Musgrove Park, and a proposed future park space located in the Reserve Neighborhood. This project was identified as an SBE project. This is being recommended for award to the lowest, responsive SBE bidder. The contract term shall be from February 28, 2019 through December 31, 2019. After the initial term of this contract, there are three renewal options available. | |
