| Description Exchange Club of Savannah has requested a water and sewer agreement for the Fairgrounds, the Coastal Empire Fairground development with associated parking. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 21.67 equivalent residential unit development located at 105 Fort Argyle Road. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
