| Description North Godley Industrial Park, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Spring Lakes Phase VI, a development consisting of 36 new single-family homes. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 36 equivalent residential unit development located Lake Pointe Drive, Mirror Lake Drive and Crystal Lake Drive in the Godley service area. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
