This amendment will add one additional year to USI’s agreement, moving the termination date to March 31, 2023. The cost for the Employee Benefits is in the amount of $31,500, and the Property and Casualty Insurance is in the amount of $33,750. The RFP for insurance services will be advertised in the 3rd quarter of 2022. Both rates are equal to the rate charged in 2019, 2020, and 2021. USI provides our insurance broker services to ensure we are receiving the lowest insurance rates possible. Wells Fargo Insurance Services was awarded a 3-year term in 2014 before being purchased by USI during the term. USI was awarded an additional 5-year term after an RFP in 2017.
