29. Motion to Approve Phase 2B of Savannah Gardens (Major Subdivision)

Staff recommends the approval of Phase 2B at Savannah Gardens, a major subdivision.  This subdivision is located in Aldermanic District 3, at the intersection of Pennsylvania and Crescent Drive.  This subdivision creates two single family lots located within the Savannah Gardens Planned Unit Development (PUD).  The plat also creates a public right-of-way between the intersection of Edgelawn Circle and Crescent Drive and Pennsylvania Avenue. 

According to the FEMA Flood Plain Map Panels 13051C00166F, the subject property is located in Flood Zone X, not a special flood hazard area (SFHA).  The water and sewer service for this project area is provided and maintained by the City of Savannah.  The Property Identification Number (PIN) for this parcel is 2-0039-02-097.  The property total .28 acres, with the total right-of-way (ROW) equaling 1.19 acres.
