| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for generator maintenance to Power and Energy Services, Inc. (primary), W.W. Williams (secondary), and Yancey Brothers (tertiary) in an amount not to exceed $275,000. This contract will be used to provide the City’s generators with routine maintenance and repair services for standby auxiliary power equipment, emergency standby power systems, and other related equipment. These services will also be used for any necessary maintenance or repair following natural disasters. The contract term will term will expire on December 31, 2020. This contract has three renewal options. | |
