| Description Georgia Power Company has requested an underground 15 foot utility easement over City-owned property located at 2155 West Gwinnett Street (PIN 20598 01001) for the purpose of providing power to the City-owned facility being built-out to house the Code Compliance Department. This easement solely gives Georgia Power access to construct, operate, maintain, repair, renew, and rebuild the electrical distribution line and equipment. This request has been reviewed and approved by Development Services, Planning and Urban Design, Public Works and Water Resources, and by Real Estate Services. | |
