Recommend approval to award a design contract for the State Street Garage to Raymond Engineering-Georgia Inc. in the amount of $36,500.00. The City’s State Street Garage is experiencing water intrusion through deteriorating sealants along the top floor deck and in the stairwell tower.  The scope of services for this project includes performing a field investigation and report of the current conditions, providing design plans and specifications for repairs and maintenance, and performing construction administration and observations of the repairs. In addition the consultant would visually inspect all precast concrete parapets, railings, and beams along with their associated structural anchors for all parking decks and design repairs as needed.
