Description

This is the second of two petitions for 2025 Texas Avenue. The petitioner is requesting to rezone the property at 2025 Texas Avenue from RSF-6 (Residential Single Family - 6) to RSF-5 (Residential Single Family - 5) to support subdivision and single-family home development. As currently zoned, the property has an area of 10,500 square feet making the parcel deficient 1,500 square feet for further subdivision. The requested RSF-5 district would permit subdivision of the lot into two lots having a minimum of 50 feet of frontage and minimum lot area of 5,000 square feet.

Recommendation
