| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for various horticultural products to BWI Companies in the estimated amount of $10,057.56, and to Howard Fertilizer and Chemical in the estimated amount of $41,145.60, for an estimated total contract amount of $51,203.16. The horticultural products will be used by the Greenscapes Division to maintain grounds and landscaping throughout the City. The low bidder for each line item was selected. The contract term will be from December 20, 2018 through December 31, 2019. | |
