| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for fuel cleaning services with Southern Fox Services, Inc. in the amount of $58,947.50. The services will be used by the Stormwater Division to ensure stored diesel fuel is routinely cleaned. Stored diesel fuel is primarily used by emergency power generation equipment. Fuel cleaning services are needed to ensure that fuel is usable in the event of an emergency requiring the use of the generators. Bids were originally received on May 10, 2016. Council originally approved this contract on May 26, 2016. This is the second of three renewal options available. The contract term will be from August 30, 2018 through August 29, 2019. | |
