Beacon Place-Godley Station, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Beacon Place, a 252 multi-family dwelling unit and community center. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 186.4 water and 105.4 sewer equivalent resident unit development located on West Mulberry Boulevard off Benton Boulevard. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
