300 Johnny Mercer LP has requested a water and sewer agreement for Wilmington Island Self Storage Facility, a self- storage facility. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 1.14 equivalent resident unit development located at 318 Johnny Mercer Boulevard on Whitemarsh Island. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
