| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 2 for the Central Precinct project to Johnson-Laux Construction in the amount of $25,615.17. The original contract was for site and civil work for the construction of the Central Precinct. This contract modification is needed to include underground utility work specific to remediate unforeseen conditions of the water mains in Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Montgomery Street. The original contract was approved by Council on December 7, 2017 in the amount of $1,433.532.08. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $1,524,027.68. Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 2 for the Central Precinct project to Johnson-Laux Construction in the amount of $25,615.17. | |
