| Description This is for a renewal and contract modification No. 1 for pressure washing services with Samjay Services, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $100,000.This contract is used citywide to provide pressure washing services for City of Savannah facilities and assets. This contract modification is needed due to expenses for the pressure washing of the Bryan Street and Robinson Parking Garage managed by the Mobility & Parking Services Department and for the Sanitation Department buildings and equipment at the landfill. This is the last of three renewal options available.
This contract was originally approved by Council on May 28, 2020, in the amount of $30,000. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $100,000.
