| Description This is for an annual contract for guardrail repair and installation to E & D Contracting Services, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $200,000. The Street Maintenance Department will use this contract to repair the damaged guardrails throughout the City. This contract allows the Street Maintenance Department to restore the damaged rail and bring the right-of-way back to its safety standard which reduces liability. The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on August 9, 2024. This contract also includes four (4) available annual renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The bidders were: L.B. E & D Contracting Services, Inc. (2001 Mills B Lane Blvd, Savannah, GA)(A) $273,200
