The subject property is the first phase in a subdivision named Aspire at New Hampstead located at the intersection of Regatta Lane and Kingswood Terrace.  The proposed phase totals 51.47 acres and will consist of 132 single family lots with varying lot sizes. The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will include City of Savannah water and sewer services.
According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel 13051C0104G, and 13051C0105G, portions of the subject property lie within the 100 year flood plain.
