| Description Petitioner Brent Watts d/b/a Midtown Development, LLC has petitioned for encroachment for 1408, 1410 Montgomery St., 313, 317 W. Anderson St., and 314 West 31st St. This development proposes to encroach with 4 stoops, 1 grand entrance, 2 canopies, and subterranean foundation encroachments. The proposed installation and encroachment requests do require and have received a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Metropolitan Planning Commission. This petition has been approved by Public Works, Greenscapes, Planning and Urban Design, Development Services, and Real Estate Services. | |
