| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for grounds maintenance services for public rights of way to J Corbett Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $1,322,203.64. This contract will be used by the City of Savannah’s Greenscapes Division to maintain grounds on approximately 3,183 miles of rights of way on various access roads, canals, ditches and their associated rights of way, easements, medians, and street and highway rights of way within the City limits. While four submittals were originally received, two bidders were deemed non-compliant with the disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) provisions, and one bidder withdrew its bid due to an error in its submitted pricing. This contract will be from April 12, 2018 through December 31, 2018. | |
