| Description Recommend approval of Contract Amendment No. 2 for program management consultant services for the Cultural Arts facility construction with CHA Consulting, Inc. in the amount of $50,000.00. The original contract was for oversight services for the construction of the new Cultural Arts Center. This amendment is needed due to delays associated with weather. The original contract was approved by Council on April 17, 2014 in the amount of $248,800.00. The total amount of this contract to date, including this amendment, is $450,700.00. Recommend approval of Contract Amendment No. 2 for program management consultant services for the Cultural Arts facility construction with CHA Consulting, Inc. in the amount of $50,000.00. | |
