This contract is to procure three (3) bucket trucks from Fouts Bros Inc., dba Smyrna Truck in the amount of $423,345. The bucket trucks will be utilized by the Innovation and Technology Services (ITS), Signals and Street Lights, and Facility Maintenance Departments for various maintenance-related tasks. The bucket truck for ITS is a planned FY23 fleet addition. The bucket trucks for Facility Maintenance and Signals and Street Lights are planned FY23 replacements that will replace units 2249 and 5633.  

This procurement is being made through a cooperative purchasing agreement with Sourcewell (Versalift, a Time Manufacturing Company, contract #110421-TIM). Cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10 Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance. The contract was competitively bid and awarded by Sourcewell. This contract expires on 12/27/2025. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
