Title Motion to Approve Parking Lease to 225 East President Street, LLC | |
Description City staff have reached an agreement to lease up to a maximum of 70 spaces in the State Street Garage to 225 East President Street, LLC for spaces needed to build an expansion to the President's Quarters on President and Abercorn streets, subject to Council approval. Per the City's charter requirement, the rental rate for the parking spaces will be set on an annual basis by the City's Revenue Ordinance. The effective date will be the date of issuance of the building permit for the project. | |
