Manisha N. Patel for Dimple Trading, Inc. t/a Zip-N-Package Store, requests adding a liquor (package) license to existing beer and wine (package) license at 2726 Ogeechee Road, which is located between Stiles Avenue and West Victory Drive in District 1. The applicant is requesting to change from a convenience store to a retail package store. (New request/existing business) 

There were concerns from the neighborhood association relating to this request. Two neighborhood association meetings were held within the area with the applicant. Both neighborhood associations opposed this alcohol license request.  

No concerns were noted by SCMPD. The location meets all the zoning requirements.
