Recommend approval of Contract Amendment No.1 for strategic planning consulting services with Managing Results in the amount of $5,400.00.

Following the awarding of the original contract, the decision was made to expand the number of focus groups and community meetings as part of the process to develop the strategic plan. These additional services were needed to ensure that the strategic planning process was inclusive of all areas of the City and a variety of age group demographics.

Council approved the original contract on March 2, 2017 in the amount of $103,858.00. The total amount of this contract to date, including this amendment, is $109,258.00.
