Motion to Approve Renewal of Annual Contract for Electrical Repairs with Aiken Harper (Event No. 4126)
Description

Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for electrical repairs with Aiken Harper in the amount of $518,350.00.

The contract is used by the Building and Grounds, Sewer Conveyance's Lift Station Maintenance, Water Supply and Treatment, and the Water Reclamation Departments to complete maintenance or emergency repairs for electrical components in City facilities.  

This is the first of three available renewal options.  The contract will be from September 28, 2017 through December 31, 2018.
