Title Motion to Abandon and Release a Utility Easement (Petition 170245, Ryan Smith ) | |
Description Ryan Smith with Thomas and Hutton, as Petitioner for Mariner Grove Apartments, LP et al, Property Owner, is requesting that the City formally abandon, release, and quit claim a utility easement associated with a sanitary sewer line that crosses property located at the northeast quadrant of President Street and Wahlstrom Road (the new Mariner Grove Apartment complex). The easement is no longer needed as the property has been redeveloped and the sanitary sewer system has been removed from the easement and reconfigured. The Property Owner has dedicated a new re-routed easement to the City via plat. The petition has been reviewed by Development Services, the Bureau of Public Works and Water Resources, and Real Property Services, with no objections noted. | |
