| Description The original Reimbursable Agreement (AJW-FN-ESA-23-SO-005963) provides for FAA engineering design review, equipment procurement, construction oversight, installation, testing, and commissioning costs associated with the ILS improvements. Amendment No. 1 provides additional funding for increased equipment and labor costs since the original estimate was prepared, including the addition of Distance Measuring Equipment (DME) and associated FAA on-site inspection and oversight services.
