The property at 6078 Ogeechee Road is being developed into a proposed Tractor Supply Company Store by Farmers and Associates LLC. Currently the property is located in unincorporated Chatham County. City of Savannah water and sewer infrastructure is located directly adjacent to and on the property at 6078 Ogeechee Road. Farmers and
Associates wishes to connect to the City of Savannah water and sewer, however per City of Savannah policy City new water and sewer connections are reserved for property owners of the City and therefore the property must be annexed in to the City. Farmers and Associates LLC would like to enter into an agreement with the City of Savannah to
be allowed to tie into the City water and sewer utilities with annexation as a concurrence. Currently the project is being permitted through Chatham County, and Farmers and Associates LLC needs all applicable construction permits before being allowed to close on the property and start construction by their financial lenders. With this in mind,
Farmers and Associates would therefore proceed with the annexation process, at which time they are able to do, so as the property owners and construction has been completed and the certificate of occupancy has been issued for the proposed Tractor Supply Store.
