This contract is for building envelope design services from Raymond Engineering-GA, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $400,000. The City of Savannah has ongoing needs for business envelope design services and ongoing observation on various building envelope projects, which may vary in complexity, and are on an as-needed, on-call basis. Following disaster events, damage assessments of roofs and water damage in City facilities with safety evaluations, will be needed as well. From time to time, there is also a need for assistance in design reviews and third-party advice during construction activities, as well as design for capital projects.

This contract will be for a period of one (1) year with an option to renew up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods with the same terms and conditions upon agreement of both parties. The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
