| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 1 for Hurricane Matthew repairs to the Civic Center from Johnson Laux in the amount of $20,967.30. These repairs are for the Savannah Civic Center. The repairs include replacing tile in the arena concession areas (including asbestos abatement as appropriate), partial carpet replacement in portions of the theater and partial refinishing of the theater stage floor. The original contract was approved by Council on June 21, 2018 in the amount of $154,599.49. The total amount of this contract to date, including this contract modification, is $175,566.79. | |
