Description Scannell Properties #326, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Warehouse B, Highlands Industrial Park. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 126,773-square-foot (3.01-equivelant residential units) industrial warehouse with associated parking off Jimmy DeLoach Parkway. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
