| Description This amendment is to update an old agreement and codify a new owner (formerly Southern Woods LLC now Drapac Atlanta LLC) for a 134 single family residential subdivision in the Georgetown service area on Rice Mill Drive between Lee Hall Drive and Terrell Mill Road in Aldermanic District 6. This amendment puts an expiration date on the water and sewer capacity the City has allotted for this development. This is similar to other amendments that Water Resources has completed to update old water and sewer agreements. | |
